Exhibition at the goose and the moose.

A new exhibition, previewing on the 4th of November, 6-9....mulled wine and a fire too warm your socks if you need a little enticement.
The goose and the moose is a lovely new little gallery in Malton which opened at the beginning of this month.
I have been working on quite a few new pieces ready for the exhibition.
Also there is a preview to the Pannett Winter Open this evening, I am exhibiting two pieces of work and its a lovely gallery, worth a visit, theres always the hope of fish and chips after.

got down to some mess and started a fresh new piece of work today....emulsion, masking tape and charcoal. Speciman, Betula as usual, but new media and had to drag myself away from the studio. 

Also date for the preview at the Goose and the Moose set, November 4th.

Productive day, oh and four new peices taken up to the coast gallery this afternoon...on a roll.

Exploration of trees, their forms, resonance and voids, invoking marks.

Work is underway, 12 images, ready and framed. Task ahead this morning a huge peice of paper, beautiful fabriano paper it may be, but still starting a new peice this morning. The countdown is on, 15 days until the preview of North Yorkshire Open Studios. Invitations to be finished and sent out by this afernoon.
Coffee is a must.
